Annual Notifications of Students' Privacy Rights

Federal law requires the Department to annually notify parents and eligible students (those students who are 18 years or older) about privacy rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA).
